During her time at Lloyds Banking Group she built an in-house data collection and analytics tool, focusing on increasing financial controls with their major IT providers. Her multi-disciplinary approach encompasses people, process, data and technology to help businesses grow and make data-driven decisions.

Matthew is Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Meesh and has over 20 years' experience in Business Operations, Business-to-Business Sales and Customer Account Management. Matthew works with a consultative approach, becoming a trusted advisor to customers and working closely with them to achieve their goals.

Luke is an improvement specialist with ten years in manufacturing, using the Lean Six Sigma toolkit to improve outputs and operations, followed by ten years in service environments helping large organisations and small businesses reduce, automate and improve their processes. He focuses on the Microsoft 365 suite to deliver organisational change at a fast, scalable pace.

Vanessa is a Business Intelligence Consultant at Meesh, designing Power BI reports and data models that turn complex business data into clear, actionable insight for our clients.
