Real-time bad debt reporting replaced a month-end spreadsheet
A UK finance team was spending days each month chasing collections through manual steps and spreadsheets. We mapped the order-to-cash process, removed the redundant steps, automated the rest and put real-time bad debt reporting in front of the people who needed it.

Straight answers to what people ask before they get in touch.
Which processes are worth automating first?
Repetitive tasks that start from something digital, follow the same steps every time, and either take many hours a year or cause pain when they go wrong. Approvals, re-keying between systems and chasing are the usual first three. Our free automation worksheet scores them.
Do we need new software for automation?
Usually not. Power Automate is included in most Microsoft 365 licences, and Power Apps and Forms cover most of the rest. We start with what you already own and only suggest a paid connector or licence when a process needs it.
What happens to an automation when the person who built it leaves?
It keeps running, provided it was built properly. We set up flows under a shared service account with named owners, document each one, and hand over to your IT team, so nothing depends on one person's login.
How long does a first automation take?
A single approval or notification flow is usually live within one to two weeks, including testing with the people who use it. Larger processes that span several systems take longer and are delivered in stages so each piece is useful on its own.
Find your first automation
Bring the task that eats the most time each week. In 30 minutes we will tell you whether Power Automate can take it on, and roughly what that involves.
