Charities and not-for-profit

Impact, funding and finance reporting that trustees and funders trust, built on the Microsoft licences most charities already have.

The problems we hear most

  • Reporting to funders means rebuilding the same figures for each grant
  • Donor, volunteer and beneficiary data live in separate systems
  • Trustees see finance packs weeks after the quarter ends
  • Small teams spend volunteer hours on admin that could be automated

How we help charities

Most charities already have Microsoft 365 through the non-profit programme, which includes Power BI and Power Automate licences at little or no cost. We help you use what you have before buying anything new.

We build a single reporting model over the finance system, the CRM or donor database and your service delivery data, so a funder report, a trustee pack and an impact dashboard all come from the same figures. Volunteer sign-up, expense claims and Gift Aid admin are good first automations.

We also run training for charity teams, so the reporting stays in your hands rather than depending on a consultant or one volunteer.

Typical first projects

  • A trustee finance and impact dashboard, refreshed nightly
  • Funder reports produced from the same model as the management accounts
  • Power BI training for the finance and fundraising team
