Accessibility statement

This statement applies to localhost:5057 and was prepared on 28 October 2026.

This website is run by Meesh Consulting Ltd. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. On this website you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate every page and form using only a keyboard
  • navigate using speech recognition software
  • listen to every page using a screen reader, including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver
  • stop or avoid animation: when your device asks for reduced motion, the site switches its animations off

We have also made the website text as simple as possible to understand. AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

How accessible this website is

We believe this website meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard. We know that some parts are not fully accessible:

  • The two downloadable PDF resources are not tagged for screen readers. The same content is described on each resource page, and we will provide any resource in an accessible format on request.
  • Video playback uses the YouTube player, the discovery call calendar uses Microsoft Bookings, and event booking uses Eventbrite. These are third-party services whose accessibility we do not control. Every video has a text summary, and calls and events can also be arranged by email or phone.
  • The Ask Meesh chat assistant is a floating panel rather than a full-screen dialog, so the rest of the page remains reachable while it is open.

Feedback and contact information

If you need information on this website in a different format, such as an accessible PDF, large print or plain text, or you find a problem not listed on this page, contact us:

We will consider your request and get back to you within five working days.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Meesh Consulting Ltd is a private company and is not covered by those regulations, but we hold this website to the same standard. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

Technical information about this website's accessibility

Meesh Consulting Ltd is committed to making its website accessible. This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed above, all of which relate to downloadable documents and third-party services.

What we do to keep it that way

  • Every page is checked automatically with the axe accessibility engine against WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules, on desktop and mobile, each time the site is changed. A single failure blocks the change.
  • Keyboard navigation, the skip link, the mobile menu and the chat panel are tested automatically with a real browser.
  • Colour contrast is held at a minimum of 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for large text and interface controls.
  • Images that convey information have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Forms label every field, mark required fields in text as well as colour, and announce errors.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 28 October 2026. The website was last tested on 28 October 2026 using automated axe-core checks across every page and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks of the main journeys: finding a service, reading a case study, booking a call, sending an enquiry, downloading a resource and using the chat assistant.
