What kind of apps do you build with Power Apps?

Apps that replace spreadsheets, paper forms and email chains inside a business: shop-floor data capture, vehicle and site checks, approvals, timesheets, CRM-style trackers and field reporting. They run on phones, tablets and in Teams.

Where does a Power App store its data?

In SharePoint lists, Dataverse or an existing database such as SQL Server, depending on the scale and the licences you have. We choose the simplest option that will still be right in two years and explain the trade-offs before building.

Can a Power App work offline?

Yes, for the common case of a phone or tablet losing signal on a site or in a warehouse. The app stores entries locally and syncs when it reconnects. We design offline support in from the start when a process needs it.

Who owns the app once it is built?

You do. It lives in your Microsoft 365 tenant, under your accounts, with documentation and a handover to your IT team. We can support it on an ongoing basis or step back once your team is comfortable.
