How quickly will you reply to an enquiry?
Within one working day, usually the same day. A consultant replies rather than a sales team, so the first conversation is about your problem, not a pitch.
Where are you based, and do you work outside Leicestershire?
We are based at Tur Langton near Market Harborough in Leicestershire and work with organisations across the UK. Most work is delivered remotely, with on-site days where they help, typically for workshops and training.
Do you only work with large companies?
No. Most of our clients are owner-managed and mid-sized businesses, charities and professional firms with between twenty and a few hundred staff. The tools we use are the ones included in Microsoft 365, so there is no minimum size.
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, so we do not publish a price list. After a free 30-minute call we scope the work and give a fixed price for a first phase, usually a few weeks, so you know the cost before anything starts.
