Automation opportunity worksheet
A one-hour team exercise to find the tasks worth automating first with Power Automate or Power Apps, and put an hours-per-year number on each.

What is inside
The worksheet takes a team through four steps: list every repetitive task, work out the hours it costs each year, score it on rules, data, volume and pain, and rank the results. The top three rows become your first automation projects, and you will have the numbers to justify them.
It also describes what the top three usually turn out to be, so you can sanity-check your own list against what we see in other businesses.
Who it is for
Anyone who suspects their team spends too long on admin but needs evidence before asking for budget. Run it with the people who do the work, not only their managers.
